Beth worked with my family after a few black clouds came our way. We needed a bit of guidance figuring out which end was up and centering ourselves after our little crisis.
Beth is terrific! My daughter is not one to talk much and Beth was able to meet her where she was at and listen to her concerns. She noticed what we were doing well to get back to our ‘regular’ life and offered some suggestions based on what she observed and heard.
Beth’s style seemed to me laid back yet totally present. We felt both respected and cared for when we met with her. She exudes both energy and calm at the same time. We felt both at peace and energized in terms of knowing things were going to be OK when we met with Beth!
